RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLINE PURCHASES)

The following policy applies to online purchases only:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 15 business days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Treats and toys cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers re-packaging and spot cleaning. Customers will be notified of total deductions before the refund is issued.
    Note: If you return items in person at our store location (145 Front St, #G, Brooklyn, NY 11201), the restocking fee is waived.
  • Custom Items: Refunds or exchanges are not available for custom-made items.
  • U.S. Returns Only: Refunds and exchanges are available exclusively within the United States.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned unused with all Le Chien Bleu NY garment tags attached. Items that are washed, damaged, or soiled may not be accepted.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs: Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanged items.
  • Color Accuracy: While we strive to display product colors accurately, we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to variations in device screens.

The following policy applies to in-store purchases only:

  • Refunds: In-store purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
    Exception: Refunds are available for online purchases returned in-store.
  • Defective Items: A full refund is offered for items deemed defective.
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items: Seasonal items, treats, and toys are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
